HAPPY HEADS - PARENT COURSE
Becoming a parent can be both one of the most rewarding and challenging things you will ever do. Nurturing another tiny human being is incredible but often comes with many anxieties and the shift in your lifestyle is huge. All your energy is poured into your child / children and suddenly your own self care is nowhere to be seen - sound familiar?
For a lot of parents your self care, gets put on the back burner but it’s essential to nurture your mental health as you navigate parenthood - no matter how old your children are.
I’m very excited to announce that my 8 week online course will be available to buy from 5th May. It’s been specifically designed to help parents improve their mental and physical wellbeing - reducing stress, releasing self doubt and increasing happiness (in yourself and the family unit).
There is no group sharing over the 8 weeks, it's very much your own journey and you’ll be sent information at the beginning of the week to set you up for the week ahead.
The introductory price is only £40 for the entire 8 weeks.

The weeks are broken down into 8 topics and the first week will be sent
Week 1 - Calming the Mind
Week 2 - Body & Breath
Week 3 - Being Present
Week 4 - Improving Sleep
Week 5 - Negative Beliefs
Week 6 - Focus & Memory
Week 7 - Positivity & Happiness
Week 8 - Increasing Confidence
Each week you’ll receive an email that includes:
A video - explaining the topic, breathing techniques, visualisation description and how to do Emotional Freedom Technique (tapping)
Information on the subject of that week - what it means and how better understanding improves mental fitness
Meditation recording - for you to use that week (you’ll get a different one each week)
Digital Detox - small challenges each week to help clear your mind from unnecessary information overload
Weekly practice - this is a summary that includes hints and tips for that week along with some personal practice for you do
Give yourself some time on the Sunday to digest the information (approx 1 hr) and then each day you’ll be doing approximately 10 mins of meditation in the morning (sometimes at night) Each week is different but it has been designed so that you choose how to fit it into your week and around the kids - what you put in, you get out!
