One to one sessions provide an effective way to drive positive results in any chosen area of your life

ONE TO ONE

  • Session combining short cut breathing techniques (mini meditations) guided meditation, and Emotional Freedom Technique (also known as Tapping)

  • 1hr 30 min sessions are tailored to the individual needs of each adult

  • Bespoke courses can be designed giving extra support to navigate life’s hurdles

  • I teach from home in Dalston of via Skype if you live further away

  • Happy Heads provides a full support document after each session and meditation recording for you to replay
