This workshop includes insight into the brain, shortcut breathing techniques to calm the mind, guided meditation to release worries and Emotional Freedom Technique (also know as Tapping) to overcome negative thinking. EFT is a powerful way to help release negative thoughts and tension held in your body, enabling you to be the best version of yourself - the perfect partners.
