This workshop includes insight into the brain, shortcut breathing techniques to calm the mind, guided meditation to release worries and Emotional Freedom Technique (also know as Tapping) to overcome negative thinking. EFT is a powerful way to help release negative thoughts and tension held in your body, enabling you to be the best version of yourself - the perfect partners.

Iโ€™m seriously excited to be joining forces with the incredible @slc_london to specifically show all you guys out there how to re-charge your mind.

This two hour workshop on 14th May (7-9pm) has been specifically designed for men who want to improve both mental and physical wellbeing. Giving you tools to reduce stress, improve focus, and reboot your mind.

Meditation is an incredible tool for strengthening the mind. This workshops includes insight into the brain, shortcut breathing techniques, guided meditation and Emotional Freedom Technique (also know as Tapping).
