I’m seriously excited to be joining forces with the incredible @slc_london to specifically show all you guys out there how to re-charge your mind.

This two hour workshop on 14th May (7-9pm) has been specifically designed for men who want to improve both mental and physical wellbeing. Giving you tools to reduce stress, improve focus, and reboot your mind.

Meditation is an incredible tool for strengthening the mind. This workshops includes insight into the brain, shortcut breathing techniques, guided meditation and Emotional Freedom Technique (also know as Tapping). EFT is a powerful way to release negative thoughts and tension held in your body, enabling you to perform at your best - the perfect partners.
