Ranging from 6 - 10 weeks the The Happy Heads Wellbeing Programmes give you the opportunity to work on many different aspects of your wellbeing across a number of weeks, while being fully supported throughout. Consultation Call - a free 20 minute call to discuss your challenges, the support you are looking for and the wellbeing programme that feels right for you.
Clarify Goals - a set of confidential pre questions help you clarify your goals and what you want to work on during the programme.
Private Sessions - each 1.5hr session is tailored to your goals and includes breathwork, meditation and a full round of Emotional Freedom Technique (Tapping)
Support & Resources - after each session you get an email that includes your breathing technique, affirmations to use, guided meditations to listen to and tapping videos to watch.
Outcomes - at the end of the programme you will have a full ‘toolbox of calm’ to help you create lasting change and navigate anything life throws at you.

I am flexible with times so I can work around your working day or family schedule. All one-to-one wellbeing sessions are online so easy to do from the comfort of your own home or can be done in person if you live near East London. Everything we discuss in the sessions and beforehand is completely confidential.

What happens in a session?
I always send out some pre questions so that I can tailor the sessions to your exact needs and goals. Each 1.5hr session includes breathwork, guided meditation (visualisation) and Emotional Freedom Technique (Tapping).
How many sessions do I need?
Programmes are always recommended as they give you the time and space to work on different aspects of your wellbeing over a number of weeks while being fully supported throughout your journey.
What’s the cost?

Can I switch between online and in-person?
If you live in East London or nearby you can absolutely switch between the two.
