The Happy Heads Wellbeing Programmes give you the opportunity to work on many different aspects of your wellbeing across a number of weeks, while being fully supported throughout. Helping you to create healthy habits and lasting change.
Wellbeing programmes are tailored to your own personal needs and goals, helping you to reduce stress and anxiety, prevent burnout, nurture your inner child, improve your sleep, become a happier and more connected parent, heal from past traumas, process anger, improve your sleep, overcome your limiting beliefs, beat social anxiety and so much more.

How Does The Wellbeing Programme Work?
- Consultation Call - a FREE 20 minute call to discuss your challenges, the support you are looking for and the length of programme you would like (The Reset Programme - 6 weeks or The Thrive Programme - 10 weeks). 
- Clarify Goals - a set of confidential pre questions help you clarify your goals and what you want to work on across the wellbeing programme. 
- Private Sessions - each 1.5hr session is tailored to your goals and includes breathwork, meditation and a full round of Emotional Freedom Technique (Tapping) 
- Support & Resources - after each session you get an email that includes your breathing technique, affirmations to use, guided meditations to listen to and tapping videos to follow. You can email or whatsapp me anytime throughout the programme so you are fully supported throughout. Depending on the length of programme you choose you also have 1- 2 check-in calls across the programme to discuss your progress, how you’re feeling and anything else you’re struggling with. 
- Outcomes - at the end of the programme you will have a full ‘toolbox or calm’ to help you create lasting change and navigate any big life transitions.
