Clarify Goals - a set of confidential pre questions help you clarify your goals and what you want to work on across pregnancy, birth and beyond programme.
Private Sessions - each 1.5hr session is tailored to your personal needs and includes breathwork, meditation and a full round of Emotional Freedom Technique (Tapping)
Support & Resources - after each session you get an email that includes your breathing technique, affirmations to use, guided meditations to listen to and tapping videos to watch
