If you've ever lost someone in your life you will understand the indescribable pain it causes, it's almost hard to put into words. I've lived with grief my whole life so deeply understand how it feels and also how it CAN be transformed into something quite magical.

Grief isn’t linear, it comes in waves and manifests differently (both mentally and physically) for every person. 

A grief support programme creates a safe space where you can process all of the emotions that grief brings including anger, fear, sadness, loneliness, anxiety and overwhelm. Grief coaching helps you better understand how your grief is showing up for you in your every-day life and empowering you with gentle techniques to find hope after loss.

What is a Grief Support Programme?

The Grief Support Programme is a healing journey that helps you change your relationship with grief over the course of 10 weeks. Creating tools that help you process the waves when they arrive, reconnecting you to the energy of the loved one you’ve lost.

It’s not about getting rid of the grief because that is something you will always have. This programme is about empowering you with techniques to help you heal, grow and evolve around your grief, gaining new power and strength from something that can often feel like an unbearable weight.

Set across a number of weeks the programme gives you the space to fully slow down and identify how grief is showing up for you both mentally and physically. This is a gentle journey that will make you feel less alone and discover the super powers that grief can give.

The Physics of Death - What Happens to Our Energy When We Die?

It’s a scientific fact that when we die our energy doesn’t die with us. That’s because energy cannot be created or destroyed, only transformed. Even though your loved one is physically gone, their energy will remain within and around you forever. I encourage anyone grieving to read this brilliant article about the physics of death:

What is the Journey of Loss Recovery Therapy?

  • Consultation Call - a free 20 minute call to discuss your loss, how you’re feeling, what your challenges are and talk through how the Grief Support Programme could help.

  • Set Intentions - a set of confidential pre questions to help you identify your main challenges and how you want to feel at the end of the programme.

  • Private Sessions  5 x 1.5hr sessions tailored to your personal needs including breathwork, meditation and a full round of Emotional Freedom Technique (Tapping)

  • Support & Resources - after each session you get an email that includes your breathing technique, affirmations to use, guided meditations to listen to and  tapping videos to watch

  • Outcomes - at the end of the Grief Support Programme you will have a full ‘toolbox of calm’ to help you navigate the waves of grief when they arrive and use the energy of your lost loved one to cultivate hope, strength and happiness.

Who Can Grief Coaching Help?

Grief coaching and loss recovery therapy can support any type of loss. Whether you are grieving for a parent you have lost, struggling with the loss of a friend, baby loss, a parent grieving for their child, struggling with the loss of a partner or loved one, a grief support programme meets you exactly where you are in your grief journey. 

Providing you with gentle techniques to help you process and validate all of your emotions cultivating a new sense of hope and courage.

    • How soon after loss should I join? There’s no wrong time to reach out. Early support can help prevent grief from becoming overwhelming, and provide a safe space to process emotions at your own pace. 

    • What if I’m not ready to talk? That’s totally ok, grief can sometimes feel overwhelming. My approach is to work around your energy, some days you may feel ready to talk and other days you may want to process something completely different - both are ok.

    • Are there ongoing support options? Yes! You don’t have to just do the 5 sessions, some people like to continue. As well as your ‘toolbox of calm’ there are also many free resources you can use on my YouTube or Instagram.

    • Are they online or in person? All sessions are done online via zoom so easy to do from the comfort of your own home.
