Meditation
Meditation is a proven technique for reducing the reactivity of your amygdala (brain’s fear response), making it highly effective for managing stress and anxiety. It also strengthens your prefrontal cortex, helping you self-regulate your emotions which is an essential skill for your happiness and wellbeing.
Tapping (Emotional Freedom Technique)
Tapping engages your parasympathetic nervous system (rest and relaxation), which counteracts the stress response. The physical act of stimulating acupressure points calms your nervous system, reduces stress hormones like cortisol and helps your brain recognise safety, which alleviates the physical and emotional symptoms of stress and anxiety.
Why Choose Happy Heads?
Over ten years ago, I hit complete burnout in my marketing career. I was overworked, constantly striving to please others, and living in a permanent state of fight or flight. Eventually, my nervous system couldn’t cope, and I lost my mental health, which was one of the most frightening experiences of my life.
In search of healing, I completed the Hoffman Process, which combined meditation, visualisation and mind-body techniques. Within a week, my anxiety and depression lifted and most profoundly I was able to finally process the grief of losing my dad to suicide when I was only seven years old.
Healing my inner child was the turning point. It not only helped me recover from burnout but also gave me a new purpose. Through my own journey and a decade of working with clients, I’ve seen again and again how the inner child holds the key to finding your way back to yourself.
This is why Happy Heads' approach is different. I understand that every person is unique, which is why I work with both the body and mind, adapting each session to your needs and age. Empowering you with tools and techniques that help you transform your mental health and wellbeing.

All sessions are via zoom so easily done from the comfort of your own home, before you start work, post school run or during your lunch break.
Corporate Wellbeing sessions can be done either in-person or online.

Private sessions are 1hr 30 mins.
Corporate wellbeing sessions vary in length depending on your team's needs but talks are normally 1hr long. Wellbeing Programmes span across one month but can be longer if needed.
