What to Expect from a Happy Heads Workshop
Every workshop is designed to support your wellbeing goals and combines both Meditation and Tapping, which are two powerful and science backed techniques for transforming your mind. If you want people to truly understand how to look after their mental health and wellbeing you have to explain what’s really going on in their brain and nervous system. That’s why all the workshops I run include insight into their internal world and this is what they look like:
Insight - into the human brain, nervous system and topic i’m talking to them about
Breathwork - to help them engage their parasympathetic nervous system (rest and relaxation)
Guided Meditation - designed specifically for the topic (for example an inner critic visualisation)
EFT Tapping - to help them process their emotions connected to the topic, overcome their negative thoughts and bring their nervous system back into a place of balance.
Support Resources - sent out to all attendees afterword. Thesupport includes insight into the topic, a guided meditation to listen to and a tapping video to watch.

How long do workshops last? They are usually 1hr long but can be shorter or longer depending on what you’re looking for. Get in touch and we can discuss your needs.
Can I book a custom workshop for my workplace? Yes! I love designing new workshops and will create something bespoke for you.
What size can the group be? - I have lead workshops in front of 100 people and done them for a group of 5. The size doesn’t matter, I will design it to your wellbeing goals and group size.
Online or Offline? - workshops can be done in person or online, the choice is yours.
