Reduce Stress & Anxiety Workshop
We live in a busy digital world, which is just one of the reasons why so many people experience stress and anxiety. Both are completely normal but they can feel very tough when they are left unchecked.
Chronic stress can be hugely damaging for both your mental and physical wellbeing, which is why it’s so important to learn techniques that engage your parasympathetic nervous system (rest and relaxation). That’s the opposite of the fight or flight response, which our nervous systems go into anytime we feel stressed or anxious.
This workshop will give you simple and effective tools to feel more calm and relaxed, bringing your nervous system back into balance when you need it most.
The 1 hour session includes:
Insight - into the brain and how stress and anxiety impact our mental and physical wellbeing.
Breathing Techniques - to calm and soothe your busy mind.
Guided Meditation - to help you identify and process your worries.
Emotional Freedom Technique (Tapping) to bring your nervous system back into balance and overcome any anxious, negative thoughts that you might be having.
