A limiting belief is an UNTRUE belief of yourself that you believe is TRUE (i’m not good enough, i’m not clever enough, I don’t deserve success, i’m not worthy). It’s the negative chatter you find your brain defaulting to when you're feeling exhausted, anxious, stressed, burnt out or wanting to do something that feels out of your comfort zone. We all have an inner critic that can speak really loudly, filling our brain with self doubt, which is why it’s so powerful to befriend them, rewire your mind to think differently and start to change your inner narrative.
