According to sleep expert and neuroscientist Matthew Walker, we should ideally be getting 7 - 9 hours of sleep a night, but a recent study shows that one in two people get less than 6 hours! 

Sleep is essential for a healthy functioning brain and body because it's during sleep that a sewage system kicks into gear and cleanses the brain of all the metabolic toxins that have built up during the day. So what can we do to improve our sleep?

This workshop will guide you through several techniques to improve your sleep, create healthy sleep habits and help you get back to sleep if you wake up. Helping you to sleep more deeply and wake up refreshed.

The 1hr workshop includes: 

  • Insight - into sleep and why it is so important for our mental health.

  • Breathwork - to engage your parasympathetic nervous system.

  • Guided Meditation - to help identify and release your worries ahead of sleep.

  • Emotional Freedom Technique (Tapping) - to anchor your mind in the present moment, calm your nervous system and process the day, perfectly preparing your mind and body for sleep.
