GRIEF SUPPORT - 4th Dec🖤
If you've ever lost someone in your life you will understand the indescribable pain it causes, it's almost hard to put into words. I've lived with grief my whole life so deeply understand how it feels and also how it CAN be transformed into something quite magical.
Join me on 4th December at 10am where I’ll provide you with a safe space to gently process your grief and re-connect with the loved one you lost. The 1hr session includes:
Insight into grief and how it can manifest both physically and mentally
Breathing techniques - to help calm and soothe your nervous system, enabling you to process the grief whenever it arises
Guided meditation - this will be a lovely visualisation to help you process any grief held in the body and re-connect with the person you’ve lost - tuning in to some wise words they may have
Emotional Freedom Technique (tapping) - this will help to release any grief tension held in your body and mind, reframing any negative / overwhelming thoughts
