Happy Heads helps people of all ages nurture their mental health and wellbeing by teaching simple mindful tools and techniques that empower everyone to live a happier, calmer and stress free life. Private Sessions, Wellbeing Programmes, Online Courses, Retreats and Wellbeing Workshops are just a few ways that I can help you.

Corporate Wellbeing

After working in the corporate world and overcoming burnout myself, teaching in the workplace is something that I’m deeply passionate about. Burnout continues to rise within the workplace so it’s never been more important to prioritise the mental wellbeing of staff. Mental Health needs to be a topic engrained in the culture of a company in order for staff to feel happy, calm and connected. Happy Heads can support in many ways through Wellbeing Workshops, 1:1 Coaching, Video Content, In House Consulting, Retreats, Online Course and more…

Meet Kim Murray

Kim founded Happy Heads in 2016 and brings a wealth of personal and professional experience into all that she does. Suffering burnout during her marketing career and reflecting upon the tragic loss of her father to suicide aged 7, inspired her to retrain as a Meditation Teacher, Emotional Freedom Technique (Tapping) practioner and launch Happy Heads to share her wisdom and help people of all ages nurture their mental health and wellbeing.
