A limiting belief is an untrue statement that you believe is true about yourself (I’m not good enough, I don’t deserve success, I’m not clever enough, I’m not worthy). These limiting beliefs are told to you by your inner critic and they’ve been subconsciously sabotaging every aspect of your life both in and out of the workplace.
This four week overcome your limiting beliefs programme gives employees the opportunity to finally befriend their inner critic, identify and release their limiting beliefs, allowing them to unlock their potential and achieve personal and professional growth.
What Does The Overcome Your Limiting Beliefs Programme Include?
Set across 4 weeks the Overcome Your Limiting Beliefs programme includes:
2 x In person Limiting Belief and Inner Critic workshops. These can be done in person, online or a combination of the two.
4 x guided meditations (one per week) to help rebuild their self belief and confidence.
Weekly challenges to befriend their inner critic with love and compassion.
4 x tapping videos (one per week) to watch that will help them release their negative thoughts, overcome self doubt and rewire their mind to think differently, giving them the opportunity to change their inner narrative.
Resources for each week to help them understand the inner critic and why we have it, identify the beliefs they want to release, gently explore where they may have come from and finally break free from what’s holding them back.
