Improve Your Sleep Programme
Sleep deeply and transform your energy
During sleep a sewage system kicks into gear that cleanses our brain of all the metabolic toxins that have built up during the day. This is just one reason why sleep is the foundation of our mental health and wellbeing. When you’ve had a bad night's sleep it’s hard to focus, there is more reactivity in your amygdala making you feel more stressed and anxious, it’s harder to regulate your emotions and low energy means that everything can feel tough.
This four week sleep programme will help staff improve the quality of their sleep, making them feel more energised and focussed. They will finish the programme with a whole ‘toolbox of calm’ to help them cultivate healthy and effective sleep habits. A well rested team creates a much happier and productive workplace.
What Does The Improve Your Sleep Programme Include?
Set across 4 weeks the Improve Your Sleep programme includes:
2 x In person ‘Improve Your Sleep’ workshops. These can be done in person, online or a combination of the two.
4 x guided meditations (one per week) to help improve the quality of their sleep.
Weekly challenges to calm their minds throughout the day and help prepare their brain for rest.
4 x tapping videos (one per week) to watch that will help them bring stillness to their racing thoughts, process the day and prepare their nervous system for sleep.
Resources for each week to help them understand the importance of sleep, create healthy sleep routines that work around them and their family dynamic, techniques to get them back to sleep if they wake up, and ways they can boost their energy when they’ve had a bad night's sleep.
