We live in a digital world where distractions are everywhere and people feel like they need to be switched on 24/7. The prevalence of smartphones, attempting to multitask and the fast-paced modern world have conditioned our brains to expect constant, instant gratification making sustained concentration more difficult than ever.
The constant flow of information throughout the day plus the daily stresses of life, can be overwhelming for your brain making it hard to focus and impossible to be productive.
This four week Focus and Productivity Programme will provide employees with science backed techniques to strengthen their mind and be more present. They will leave the programme with strategies to bring stillness to their busy minds, reduce stress and improve their focus, boosting their energy and productivity.
What does the focus and productivity programme include?
Set across 4 weeks the Focus & Productivity Programme includes:
2 x In person focus and productivity workshops. These can be done in person, online or a combination of the two.
4 x guided meditations (one per week) to calm their mind and be more present in the moment.
Weekly challenges to help them be more productive and silence distracting external noise.
4 x tapping videos (one per week) to watch that help improve their focus, reduce stress and strengthen their neurological pathways.
Resources for each week to help them understand the human brain and what things take away our ability to focus, the power of the present moment, why the human brain can’t actually multitalk and techniques to make them feel more energised and productive.
