What is a Corporate Wellbeing Programme?

Creating a new habit or forming a new neural pathway takes an average of 66 days, but this can vary significantly from person to person. The more you practice a new behavior, the stronger your neural pathway becomes.

Corporate Wellbeing Programmes for the UK help to improve staff’s mental health by providing consistent support across a period of time. They show staff that the company is dedicated to prioritising their wellbeing and gently guide them to create new habits that create lasting change.

Whether you’re focus is on improving sleep, reducing stress and anxiety, preventing burnout, emotional resilience, increasing focus, overcome limiting beliefs, improving sleep or building confidence, Happy Heads science backed techniques and practical approach creates corporate wellbeing programmes that helps employees improve the mental health and wellbeing.

Why Invest in a Staff Wellbeing Coach?

The statistics and research are clear. “Mental ill health is the leading cause of long-term absence and the second most common cause of short-term absence”. CIPD

This is why staff wellbeing needs to be an absolute top priority within a business. Without a company culture that promotes balance, talks openly about mental health and provides tools and techniques for staff to nurture their wellbeing, employees are more likely to burn out, feel anxious and struggle with their mental health.

“Stress-related absence was reported in 76% of organisations in the past year.” CIPD

What are the benefits of supporting employee’s mental health and wellbeing?

When a company invests in the mental health and wellbeing of their staff the benefits are huge:

  • Reduced Stress & Anxiety: A calm and grounded employee is much better equipped to manage the daily pressure of their role.

  • Improved Resilience: Better coping strategies for workplace and personal challenges.

  • Increased Engagement: When staff know their wellbeing is a priority they are more engaged, productive and motivated.

  • Better Work-Life Balance: Programmes encourage healthy boundaries and a strong self care practice, which creates a happier and healthier workplace.

  • Lower Risk of Burnout: When employees have tools and techniques that effectively reduce stress and anxiety they are much less likely to burnout.

  • Positive Workplace Culture: Open and honest discussions about mental health build trust and connection.

  • Reduced Absence Costs: One energy company found that their absence costs reduced by 60%, saving them around  £1.38 million per year through wellbeing interventions.

Meet Your Staff Wellbeing Coach

After experiencing severe burnout during her marketing career at Red Bull and reflecting on the connection it had to the tragic loss of her dad to suicide when she was seven years old, Kim realised the power of the past to heal the present.

Healing her inner child was a pivotal moment in her life. It not only helped her recover from burnout but also gave her a new purpose. Kim retrained as a Meditation Teacher and EFT Tapping Practitioner and launched Happy Heads so that she could share these transformational techniques and help people nurture their mental health and wellbeing.

Since 2016, she’s helped hundreds of professionals reclaim their inner peace, reduce anxiety, prevent burnout, befriend their inner critic and nurture their inner child - helping them release the emotional blocks that are holding them back in life and become the best version of themselves.

Mental Health & Wellbeing Support for Working Parents

Parents make up a significant part of the UK workforce, yet dedicated support for this talented and often over-stretched group is limited. Every parent wants to create balance in their life — to prioritise what matters most to them (their children) while also pursuing their passion and purpose at work.

Providing mental health and wellbeing support for parents helps build a workplace culture that values work-life balance over burnout. It gives parents the space to feel seen, understood, and supported, helping them become calmer, more grounded, and resilient. Through tailored programmes, talks, and workshops, parents gain practical techniques to manage stress, restore balance, and thrive both at work and at home.

how does it work?

  • Consultation Call - to discuss your employees wellbeing needs and focus

  • Clarify Goals - clarify your goals and what you want to achieve with the mental health and wellbeing sessions (e.g reduce anxiety, sleep support, beat burnout improve focus, build resilience…)

  • Talks, Programmes, Workshops, 1:1 - decide what type of session you are looking for. Would you like it in person, online or a mixture of both?

  • Support & Resources - confirm the level of support you would like to provide, Long term, short term, ongoing and the post session resources needed.
