Becoming pregnant is a truly magical time in life but it’s also really challenging both mentally and physically. Your body changes rapidly, you may feel sick and tired, worried about birth, finances, or trying to get your head around the fact that you’re about to become a new parent or adding another to your brood, it’s a lot.

I used tapping throughout both of my pregnancies to help me reduce any anxieties that came up and to also help me deeply trust in my bodies ability to grow and birth my baby. I was able to have two very positive and very different birth experiences and these greatly helped me navigate the postpartum haze.

This 30 min session on 22nd July @12pm includes:

* Insight into pregnancy and birth and the many different emotions that can arise.

* The power of self belief.

* Breathwork that is perfect to calm both you and your baby.

* Tapping to release any pregnancy anxieties that you might be having, overcome self doubt and increase your confidence in the power of your body

I’m really excited to announce my FIRST EVER Women’s Retreat. It's been specifically designed for women to help you transform your mental and physical wellbeing enabling you to kick start 2025 feeling like the best version of yourself.

To make it easily manageable the retreat is set across 4 x 1hr lunch time sessions and its all online so can be done from the comfort of your own home.

Each Wednesday @12pm there will be a 1 hr LIVE workshop that will help you delve deeper into what you really want from the year ahead and overcome any self doubt that may be holding you back. Every workshop includes insight into your brain and topic, breathing techniques, guided meditation, Emotional Freedom Technique (Tapping) and so much more.

29th January - Step Into Your Power

After the workshops you’ll receive a support email that has all the key insights from what you learnt, a meditation recording for you to use, tapping videos to follow and a weekly (easily doable) practice to help you integrate the tools and techniques into your day. Each one will be recorded so if you miss one you can always catch up.

Happy Heads - Private Sessions

Would you like a private session with Happy Heads? One to to one sessions are the perfect way to nurture your wellbeing and I always tailor the sessions to your own personal needs.

The sessions consists of breathing techniques, guided meditation, and a full round of Emotional Freedom Technique (Tapping). Tapping is a powerful tool at helping you release negative tension held in both your body and mind. It’s the perfect partner to meditation as it helps your brain get to the core route of a problem and takes the emotional / negative charge away from it.

I always provide a full support document after the session and a meditation recording / tapping video for you to use. The sessions are 1hr 30mins and over Zoom.

TAPPING DURING PREGNANCY

Pregnancy is a magical time but it can also be mentally and physically challenging. Your body is going through so many changes, you may have morning sickness, aches and pains, raging hormones, worries about the baby, birth and beyond - it's a big transition! Is my baby safe? Will I cope with birth? Will I be a good mum? Am I eating the right things? How is my life going to change? Will I be able to handle sleep deprivation?

Anxiety during pregnancy is totally normal and every person will have a different thing that's worrying them. It's more important than ever to nurture your mind during pregnancy because this helps you to be as mentally strong as possible postpartum. Regularly tuning in to identify and process your worries is a powerful way to make you feel calm, grounded and empowered throughout the whole journey.
